Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, takes possession of the goods.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of wear or are not returned in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For international returns (outside the European Union), all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees must be fully covered by the customer.
Returns sent with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs will only be refunded where required by law.
