The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
Exercise right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs), immediately and at the latest within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return of goods
The goods must be returned to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
custom-made products
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed.
