Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

The items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods show signs of use or are not in their original condition.

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.

For international returns (outside the EU), all shipping costs and any applicable customs or import fees must be borne by the customer.

Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if required by law.
